As last winter, we will once again organise indoor training sessions from january to march / april, depending on the weather in Luxembourg.
Where?
Indoor training centre in Wallau or Niederkassel. Both Beach Halls are aproximately 220 kms from Luxembourg and can be reached in +/- 2 hours by car.
When?
Saturdays or Sundays, every time when there are enough people (min. 4 players)
Time planning? (Proposal)
Departure at 08:00
Playing time from +/- 11:00 to 13:00 / 14:00
Lunch from +/- 13:30 / 14:00 - 14:30
Back in Luxembourg at +/- 16:30 / 17:00
This planning can of course be changed on request.
Organization of training session?
First 1 hour of exercises just to heat up and to exercise basic techniques. After this there will be 1 - 2 hours of gameplay.
Cost?
Beachcourt: 25 EUR / hour (Niederkassel) or 40 EUR / hour (Wallau)
(plus fuel, food and beverages)
Who is invited?
Everyone who has a passion for Beachvolleyball, a minimum of technique and physical condition and the will to do 1 hour of exercises before playing. It's only this way you can make some progress.
